Green Salsa

1/2 cups diced tomatillos
1/2 cup minced scallions
1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
1/3 cup finely chopped poblano
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juce
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp of water

Mix it up and ENJOY!

I like your green salsa recipe, but I couldn't find any poblanos at the store. I googled poblano so I know they are a kind of mild chili pepper, right? Can you recommend the best substitute for this particular recipe? It might help other folks too. :) Thanks!

Wonderful recipe! I just might add a bit more garlic into it though, I love garlic. Anyway, thanks for the recipe!
